the model is whitenight 477 ( no A ect) 2500W heater code 0312447 15100/1 i can not find this code number can you help

Hi Tom51 I can't match the 477 in our database of White Knight (Crosslee) tumble dryers, however there is a CL447 model. If you could double check your dryer for the model number we would be happy to find the right element for you. Firstly the cool setting stopped working 2 years ago, now the hot setting dosen't seen to get get as hot as it used to, so will be safe to assume that the heater element is failing. Any help you can give me would be very much appreciated. Regards, Brian
