I have a Hotpoint dishwasher BFI 620. It has begun defaulting to the Eco cycle during running even though the daily wash cycle has been selected. The machine appears to run OK but the Eco wash light is flashing when the door is opened

The machine is also not drying the items which are still wet and cold and the Eco light flashing can only be stopped when the on/off switch is depressed. Could it be a faulty control module? Machine s/n 60804.2206
