Can I use this instead of buying the new charcoal filter APL2900 for my Hygena cooker hood model APP2500.
I purchased 2 of these universal carbon filters from you but I do not see how they fit into the charcoal filter box given it is all squared off etc. If it is possible pls let me know how to fit your product. many thx

Please contact our sales department and confirm your model number as you have provided two different model numbers. This carbon filter is also not made to fit in a carbon box so it's possible you may have ordered the wrong part.
- We bought it for our de detrich hood and just cut it to size. It is working perfectly
