our tumble dryer became full of fluff despite having a filter in place. it became so full of fluff that it nearly caught fire surely this shouldnt happen and it seem s that we need a different filter to captuure all this fluff

    If the filter is blocked or the vent hose/condenser is restricted fluff that would normally blow into the filter may escape into the cabinet. Regularly clean filers and the condenser to prevent this from occurring.
