• Your picture seems to show more parts that are actually there ! There is just : the black plastic piston , an O-ring ( which you seem to point to ) , a spring, and a little white plastic washer which sits in the bottom of the recess in the control head. Actually my problem seems to be in the assembly marked 7,...the machine has never lifted detergent from the tank since new,...I should have taken it back then but was too lazy. Now I have dismantled the machine and find that the '7' valve is blocked . Can it be bought separately ? By Awash - N Ireland - 30 January 2010
• Hope this helps. Sounds like you've lost the small spring from the middle of the head - I almost did. If you've got a 3.99 like me, there are two different control heads which epares sent me PDF images of to help identify my broken part.
