I don't know if you can help me diagnose a faulty part but I do not want to buy a spare to find that there's nothing wrong with the one I have. My washer dryer has died completely with no lights or LCD display at all. I have taken the PCB off with no signs of burn out and removed the door switch and I suspect/hope it is the door switch. What I want to know is is the door switch faulty or not. It Has four wires coming out in two pairs one has a red connector on it which has 1,800 ohms across it whether the door is open or shut - maybe this is the thermocouple heater element? The other connected with black is constantly open circuit. Faulty switch? Is this the correct status for these connectors if not I Wil assume it is broken and I'll order the part from you. Please let me know if the door switch is faulty and I'll order a spare and give you a constructive review as this would be genuinely useful in addition to your great videos which I wish I'd watched before taking the whole front panel off to remove door lock :-/
