I have a Neff oven & think I require a door seal. The current seal droops along the top edge when the oven gets hot & heat escapes. When it is cold it looks fine. Is this common & please could you let me know if a new seal will cure this problem? Thanks
The e.no of the Neff is B1421N1GB/07 I believe I need the item stock no. ES486216 (Bosch?)

Plastics and silicones soften and become less elastic when warm and will deteriorate over time. A new seal is almost certainly going to fit and cope better and improve your problem if not cure completely.
