how do I fit door spring white knight model no. o31237115190
tried fitting spring to door latch in every position.Had latch hook pointing away from drum,towards the drum, but none proved successful.Can you help?

- Spring fits into door hook with long long wire sat on strengthened part of door surround with hook pointing inwards. However I tried I could not align all the holes to insert the spindle and needed an extra pair of hands (my wife). It then took a matter of seconds.
