rotating brush barhas stopped
The rotating brush got clogged with cat hair. I removed all the hair but it still only turns very slowly. I feel that it is still clogged. I removed the 4 screws that should have given me access to the roller but could not separate the 2 parts. How can I separate the two parts without forcing and breaking the plastic?
