ice will not dispense
on my samsung rsh7unrs fridge/freezer the ice dispenser has failed to dispense ice, ice is still being produced but will not dump when the ice lever is pressed, there is no ice blockage, and the ice reset wont reset the drive, it looks like the drive motor for the auger is not working, i cannot get the backing cover off to expose the drive unit, do you have a drawing and tips to remove the cover i do not want to force it in case i break it, also prices for drive unit and or any other relevent parts

The images on the auger motor panel Stock Number: ES1666085 may help identify how to remove it. The ice maker has a 'test' button that if pressed for 5 seconds should cycle the icemaker assembly to deliver ice and refill.
