Hi, bI have just received a replacement pump for my SGV4313/gb12 dishwasher and I can see no way of removing the bottom or any other panel. PLEASE HELP. I have watched the video but it hasn't helped.

- You can replace the drain pump via the removable front panel at the base of the unit. You have to remove the large white panel from the door (T20 star screw head) you can then see more of the base panel which comes away in three parts 1st curved plastic part (to match swing of the door) clipped in then another plastic part T20 screws are one each side lastly metal plate screwed in. Some Bosch machines do not have a detachable cover on the base. You may be able to replace the pump through inspection holes at the front. If not on some machines the only other way is to remove the wash tub. This would be a very difficult repair.
