This seems to be the part to solve an e14 error. Do. You provide instructions to fit?
I've followed other comments and when it first happened a couple of weeks ago was able to solve it by taking off the connection and putting it back on. Now that's not solving the problem.

We are sorry but do not have a video showing this. You can un-clip and transfer the pcb as this may resolve your problem.
