watched the video for replacing seal in blender Kenwood BL330 but...

I cannot remove the blade unit. In the video it comes out easily, mine appears to be a complete unit where the middle bit doesn't lift out. My unit is leaking through the little red holes either side of the blade base unit. Can anyone help me please. I cannot see any seal whatsoever in my appliance.

    Try soaking in hot water as the blade unit may have stuck from previous spillages. It may be possible to remove and replace the seal without removing the blade unit by using a screwdriver to move the seal and lift it out. Be carefull not to cut yourself on the blade if trying this.
