How do you access the door assembly to refit a spring

On many Panasonic microwaves the door consists of a metal frame, a plastic outer door skin which is screwed or clipped onto the frame. And a inner door 'choke' which pushes into place covering the mounting screws for the outer skin. To remove the choke you have to carefully prise this out without breaking the mounting clips. For an example of the choke clips see the second image on Stock Number: ES143964.
