Hi I'm Mat from eSpares, in this video I'll show you how to replace dishwasher basket wheels on a dishwasher.

Safety first: always unplug the appliance before dismantling.

Dishwasher basket wheels are essential to the smooth running of the basket in and out of the dishwasher. If one is missing or broken then it can cause the basket to lurch and therefore potentially damaging your crockery, plates, mugs etcetera.

So easy enough to replace, simply remove the basket from the dishwasher, apply a bit of pressure underneath the wheel itself, and it should just pop off.

On this model the wheel and the axle are sold separately but they may well come together for your model.

To fit the axle and the wheel together, put the axle down onto a flat surface. It is a bit of a tight fit so you're going to need to put a little bit of pressure on the wheel using the palm of your hand apply pressure and the two should fit together like so.

Once the wheel and the axle are assembled together simply pop it onto the basket to hear that satisfying 'click', you can then return the basket to the dishwasher.

So there we have it basket wheels fitted to this dishwasher.
