Hi I'm Mat from eSpares. In this video I'll be showing you this universal fridge or freezer door handle.

A missing or broken fridge or freezer door handle can cause further damage to the seal inside the door as people will grip the door and the seal to open the appliance, so we do recommend fitting a new handle.

eSpares stock most original fridge or freezer door handles for your appliance, but this is a fantastic alternative as it can be adjusted for a range of fixings.

Safety First! Please make sure that you've switched off your appliance and disconnected it from the mains before beginning any repair.

The handle measures 198 millimetres high and is attached by two screws and can be adjusted between a minimum of 90 millimetres and a maximum of 160 millimetres between the screw fittings.

The handle is only available in white and apologies we do not have a list of models this fits.

So it's essential that you measure the distance between your two screw fittings.

If the original handle for your fridge or freezer is no longer available and you measure between the screw holes on your fridge or freezer and you found that the universal handle will not fit, you can always drill a very small hole inside of your door as the screws supplied with the new handle are self-tapping.

Once the handle is firmly in place, pop on the supplied screw covers.

And there we have it, the universal fridge or freezer door handle from eSpares.

Remember spares and accessories for all the appliances around your home can be found on the eSpares website.

Thanks for watching.
