  Pattern replacement 26 June 2017

  Obviously a "copy" part minus the air control of the original. Fits well .. hard to say if will fair any better to the Karcher replacement ( I've had 2 fail now) So only time will tell. Great delivery and fantastic customer service when ordering

  Brilliant Karcher Vacuum Cleaner - weakspot = the handle 08 June 2016

  Have had the Cleaner 10yrs or more but this is at least the 7th Handle I have had. 5 were replaced under guarantee but have had to buy last 2 - not cheap just wish they would last.

  Perfect replacement, no hassle 29 April 2016

  Delivered quickly, I bought the more expensive Karcher part rather than the cheaper universal option, was nervous about the piece not fitting if I went for a non Karcher product but was fairly expensive. However this has been a great vacuum cleaner and I'm hoping it's now got lots more life left in it. Great website, really like being able to buy exactly what I need to repair.

  A quick replacement 24 August 2015

  When Alison told me the part was broken, I found the replacement on espares easily. I ordered it on line and it was delivered a couple of days later. I fitted it to the hose and it works great. A good experience.

  Poor Build Quality 16 July 2013

  The VC6100 cleaner is robust and well made. Unfortunately, the wand handles are of poor build quality and I think they have been designed that way in order to increase sales in the after sales department. I have already replaced two of these handles and now on my third. The two had failed at the same weak point and I will simply throw away the vacuum cleaner when the third one fails.

  Poor lifetime 09 December 2012

  I've used two of them last year and unfortunately I have to buy another one this year as it is broken in the middle.Its design and material is not as good as I expected :-(
