    Good product. 16 August 2021

I needed a heat proof 'adhesive' to fix the glass screen back in place, on the inside of our microwave oven door, and was recommended this product. It is not an 'adhesive' as such, but has 'adhesive' properties, so I applied a seal round the edge of the glass, and then fitted it carefully in place. So far, after a week or so it seems to have done the job, and the glass is still firmly in place, after a few uses of the oven. Although a bit expensive, it has done the job I bought it for.

Quick and Easy Fix 25 February 2017

The seal on our oven door has been ripped for some time, unable to change the seal as oven is 20 plus years old but everything still works. Ordered a tube of this sealant from espares and the seal is all good again. Would say a smaller tube would be better value. Excellent job

    A Big Help 03 February 2017

Inner double glazed panel on oven door had fallen out. The availability of this stuff made me realise how to fix it. Careful lining up was needed - marked with masking tape. then removed with excess sealant. Absolute cleanliness of the mating surfaces was achieved by using kitchen degreaser, followed by meths. So far so good after a bit of roasting.

    Good Sealant 26 July 2016

Needed to seal two ovens whose rubber seals had stretched and this product was well up to the task. I would recommend this product to be used wherever a hot seal is required.

    excellent product 14 April 2016

This product worked perfectly and in my case was to glue a oven glass inner panel back into its rebated steel door. As with any silicone its important to prepare the surfaces and to work as clean as possible since it can be a messy application process if you get it all over your hands. After the nominal cold curing time, the oven was set to 150 deg, then 300 deg and all has remained well. The first couple of uses produced a smell which soon goes. I have since used the product on other applications of general DIY nature with good success.

    It Works 15 March 2016

This is the second time I've used this type of material to repair my oven door. The first was about three years ago (purchased from Espares). That's pretty good indication that its a long lasting repair (done properly). Its a bit pricier that it was the first time around but delivery was a day earlier than promised. Dave L

Heat resistant sealant 17 December 2015

Asked e-spares what to use to refit an inner glass to my oven and they advised me to use a heat resistant silicon sealant which they had in stock. I duly bought the product, which although quite expensive, worked perfectly. Applied the sealant with cartridge gun and found it a bit messy, with no instructions on cleaning off the excess. I tried beforehand to find a video on your website how to replace an inside oven glass without success, so I hope I have completed the repair properly, anyway so far so good. Overall it appears to be as good a repair as the manufacturer and it looks as if it is the same product they use and I would recommend it.

Good product to use, once old sealant was cleaned off it was quite easy to squeeze new on,and there is still loads left.
