Very easy to fit. Make it easy for yourself by removing the door from its hinges. Take care as heavy. Just lift the latch on each hinge then slightly raise the door and lift off the hinges. After fitting new seal same process to refit the door. As I said take care with weight of door

Best for my Bosch oven 23 March 2020
Some time ago I bought a universal door seal for my Bosch oven but it didn't need fitting immediately, so I stuck it in a drawer. When I eventually got it out to use, I found that the little metal fittings won't fit into my oven door because they need to push up into the holes, not down. So I ordered this Bosch original instead, which went on in seconds. It also has the advantage of being in one piece (it's not actually the weird shape the picture might suggest). If you have a Bosch oven, I would suggest checking how the seal attaches before purchasing any other type. I will certainly be sticking to this one.
