  Durability 09 September 2015

  I have had to replace this remote control approximately every 2 years. The durability of the buttons most used is extremely poor. I make this assessment in comparision to other Sony remote controls we have in the family.

  Exact replacement 02 December 2014

  After a few years, the remote I had was getting rebellious concerning the right response to certain well used buttons! An exact replacement was available, purchased, delivered and operates just as it should. Normal service was resumed.

  Replacement Remote 26 October 2014

  Our dog had redesigned our Sony remote, and despite its best efforts (the remote, not the dog!) to carry on, it finally gave up! It was very easy to find the right replacement on the espares website, and a speedy delivery was followed by instantaneous working! Well, I did have to put batteries in (advised that I would need them by espares). Exact replacement, and all functions workesd immediately. Back to being a couch potato!!

  TV remote had stopped working properly. 2 of the buttons didn't work at all. Just put in the code on the search engine and the exact same remote was there to purchase. Arrived within a few days.

  Good replacement for our worn out Remote 12 June 2014

  Several buttons had failed on our Sony Remote Control. All buttons work on the replacement supplied. Just fit batteries and all worked well.
