  Product was good but took 5 wks to be dispatched.Branded item so fitted as expected and works well. Little bit more communication would have been appreciated, but alls well that ends well!!

  Fits HVR-200 perfectly & arrived early 27 October 2020

  Replaces original 'short' hose end which had become loose. Perfect fit, although beware the inner cap piece has a left hand thread onto the hose. Arrived 3 days earlier than predicted - brilliant!

  I don't usually write reviews here, but thought I'd do so for the numatic hose cuff. I watched the video and found it very helpful and easy. For me that is good. I have trouble following instructions normally. So I did this in about 5 minutes. I am happy.

  These vac ends keep splitting. Items supplied are too short and not as good supplied with last Henry purchased. I expect I will have to do a temporary repair with a jubilee clip again!

  Pity about the shorter length! 12 August 2018

  A good quality product but why oh why is it shorter than the original end cuff?. This means you either push the bent end into it until it stops and risk it falling apart while in use or give the bent end an extra push and risk possibly splitting the cuff. This comes in a bag marked genuine Numatic/Henry part. If you buy a genuine hose on the Numatic web site it shows the hose with a long end cuff (they do not show end cuff only). Having said that it is of good value, but please Mr Numatic give this some thought.

  disappointing 09 March 2018

  product is expensive and shorter than the original. This leads to separation after prolonged use. This can be particularly inconvenient when cleaning stairs.

  Just what I wanted 01 March 2018

  Great website I found what i needed ordered it and he came 3 -4 days later. I was vacuuming within 10minutes . Very happy.
