  Rather than pay a hefty call out charge a friend suggested espares. I really did not know what to expect but when the pack arrived the parts were in as described. Despite the catch being fiddly to fit which of course is not espares fault, the parts fitted perfect. Totally delighted for little more than a tenner. Saved me well over £40. Thanks espares.

  After breaking the handle off my washing machine about a year ago and since then using a screw driver to open it, I decided enough was enough and decided to investigate my options. I was probably put off at first by the misperception that I would need to replace the entire door or worse get a new machine - I have no idea about DIY. The espares web site was very easy to navigate and I found the product I was looking for in minutes. It was a great price and was accompanied by an extremely useful video tutorial on how to fit the product. The spring mechanism was a little different for my washing machine as demonstrated in the video but I managed to replace the handle in about 15 mins. Great product and easy to fit, saving me a fortune!!

  Despite being a grey colour for the white original, the door press is not visible so it didn't really affect the overall appearance. The only drawback was that there was no video on the site for the exact type and, having taken the old broken part off, it was quite difficult to work out how the spring fitted but got there after about 10 minutes of trying
