  Both hinges supplied, only one required as only one broken therefor one no use to me. Had the cost been halved it and only one supplied it would have been more sensible.

  these parts were excellent value. The original order arrived but the package contained two left hand side brackets. A quick telephone call to espares and the correct parts (one left side fitting and one right side fitting) were despatched and arrived the following day. An email arrived with full instructions on how to return the unwanted parts together with a returns label to print off and at no cost. The parts were easy to fit but following a suggestion from an earlier review I fitted the right hand side fitting to the freezer first then slotted the flap fittings into the appropriate slots then eased the left hand side fitting with the flap attached into the appropriate slots on the freezer and bingo. Care must be taken not to stress the supports as they will probably break as they are quite fragile. Good luck.

  A fragile part! 12 November 2013

  This fragile part is definately the achilles heel of this freezer! The bottom part of the right hand support is very weak because the plastic is far too thin by design. Each part consists of two barbed fittings with a white plastic rod that fits down the middle to push the barbs out and secure the support to the side of the fridge. It's a bit tricky to get the old rods out but I found the point of a small penknife did the trick. I found the best way to fit the right hand part was to hook the plastic flap into the left hand side support, then fit the right hand side on the other end of the flap and then push back into place and secure the part by pushing the rods in! I broke the first set I bought during fitting and had to buy another set - hopefully you will have more luck!

  The R/H broke on fitting! Suggest fix to Door Flap 1st then to freezer, if you have enough hands & space to do so! Poor original design in the first place. Will advise the outcome when I try the NEXT replacements.

  just to say the site is good and the parts are delivered promptly and securely.... however fitting them you require a degree in astrophysics as well as three pairs of hands and patience of the dead....lol eventually they went where they were suppose to and the door now hinged PHEW !!!!

  Wonderful find 18 February 2013

  Have been meaning to get one of these for ages, but never got round to it. What a great find! It was easy to fit (for my husband, not me!) and only took a couple of minutes. I can now fit the front of the drawer on and my freezer looks as good as new!

  Door compartment supports. 31 January 2013

  They were the right parts, delivered promptly. However, the RH one was so flimsy , the end snapped off while I was refitting the door. Very disappointing ! ! ! and extremely frustrating.
