  Make sure you have a Torx Head screwdriver set to hand! 08 May 2017

  I had to phone the helpline to be sure this was the right part for my pressure washer. It was unclear which number was the serial number. The new elbow assembly appeared slightly bigger than the original. It would help to be advised that you would also need a Torx Head Screwdriver set to fix your washer. The video clip on fixing it was not helpful, as it was a totally different washer. The part itself was a perfect fit. Next winter I will make sure to store my pressure washer where it will not suffer frost damage again.

  Saved buying a new "Pressure washer". 29 January 2017

  Customer asked if I could dispose of their broken "Pressure washer" and buy them a new one. I could see visually what was damaged. Took it apart carefully. looked on espares, found a matching part. Put it back together and saved a the customer some money which is now going to be spent on other broken and worn out electrical items. Every ones a winner.

  Perfect product for 20 year old model 20 November 2016

  This fitted my 20 year old Karcher 380 model one and returned it to working order. The email help function worked to identify the correct part and that part works fine. The Video 'How to Guide' only covers more modern models and with the old ones there are 4 Allen bolts that need to be removed before you press out the pressure head from the metal cup moulding. This was the correct part and it arrived in 48 hours.
