Very Expensive for what it is. 14 May 2014

This item is a nightmare and not for anyone not technically savvy, it has to be cut to fit! I bought 2 as both old nozzles had dropped off, what I didn't realise until I had cut both that one fitting into the spray arm was different with 2 vees. A very expensive buy and nowhere could I find second nozzle type on e-spares site.

    Wha...!? 03 December 2013

I expected the correct bit for the price, actually gold-plated and engraved with a Latin inscription - not a sub-10p one-piece-moulding which one needs to cut with a hacksaw and fettle with a craft knife to enable secure fixing. It does work though.

Hard to fit. Useless instructions. 01 December 2013

Experienced considerable difficulty fitting this. It is supposed to separate into two parts as it is fitted, but they were fused together, with the moulding too thick to split. In the end I improvised with a Stanley knife. Very unsatisfactory quality. I needed it so couldn't use more time sending it back for replacement. The fitting instructions are terrible. Otherwise -- what can you say about a nozzle? It's a nozzle and it does a nozzle's job.

    fiddly 15 November 2013

This little piece of plastic is quite expensive and would be better if you could buy in pairs but I suppose it's still cheaper than replacing the whole machine. It's very fiddly and had to be cut and filed before it fitted. Again for the price you wouldn't expect to have to do that. Once in they work perfectly.

Expensive and confusing. 28 October 2013

This small plastic component is expensive for what it is. It is a one piece plastic component which has to be cut in two. This is not clear at first but once it is found that it is impossible to fit it as supplied, then it takes some time to work out that a sharp knife is required to doctor the component to make it fit. A non-technical person may have a problem. Once fitted, it functions satisfactorily.

Does the job 22 October 2013

Well, I assume it does, since I can't see inside the dishwasher when it's on! As others have said, the part is supplied in one piece and has to be cut using a junior hacksaw. After that, it's just a case of pushing the short piece into the arm itself, and then the longer piece into the short piece you've just inserted into the arm. Seems pricey for what appears to be a small bit of plastic but cheaper than replacing the washing machine!
