I had to order a new oven element, but being old and not technically minded, I ordered what I 'thought 'I needed, but which was not the correct item. I returned it with a note and the staff kindly found the right element and sent me a lovely email. It was a very smooth transaction.

Our element broke during the Coronavirus lockdown period - not ideal obviously! We easily found the correct element on espares and ordered it. We expected to wait a while for delivery due to everything going on but no just 2 days later it arrived! Fitted in less than 5 mins and we were ready to have pizza for dinner 😋. Great service, easy to use website and oven fixed in just a couple of days. Would definitely recommend espares.
