  Old unit, after a number of years, gradually deteriorated in performance more of an annoyance rather than not working. This new unit only wanted new batteries and it all jumped into life, just like new. Could not be any better

  Purchased this new remote hoping that I would be able to get TELE-TEXT, gets so far then freezes, no fault with new remote . MUST BE THE TELEVISION. Everything else works with the remote. No fault of ESPARES. Excellent service.

  The original remote had developed faulty keys, that would not always work. Getting to some of the functions required patience and a little sideways thinking to achieve the objective! This is a manufacturer's direct replacement, so it worked straight out of the packet. Now we can watch TV in bed once again!!!
