We Believe you need to carefully prise the tabs along the edges of the inner frame ES757465 to release of the inner door.
How do I remove the shattered glass panel on a Siemens HB86K570B to fit the replacement that you have just sent me? 1 Answer
The glass is held in by metal surround with no obvious screws - seems to be clamped in. Has serrated teeth the whole way around.

The cover Stock Number: ES757465 has many clips around its edge that must be released to ease off. Carefully use a blunt knife to prise the edge away and slide old credit cards or similar to prevent it catching again as you work around releasing the clips.

- If your oven is the built-in microwave/oven there are two plastic screws on the inside of the door that need to be completely unscrewed, then with the door almost closed the outer glass door will lift up and off. Make sure the power is off at the wall. After this it is easier to unscrew the door hinges- one plate on either side on the body of the oven. the black inner metal cover around the broken glass comes off if you remove the plastic latches at the top of the door on the inside, then there are a load of screws around the inner plate that holds the glass that need to be undone. Make sure you remove all the little bits of glass after removing the main glass panel- it sit on a metal mesh- note which way round the mesh goes. I hoovered it all just to make sure all the glass bits were removed. there is a plastic seal the glass sits on- make sure it is in the groove. then just reverse the process- I took a photo of each phase just to check.
