Let's face it - it's a fluff filter for a washing machine. I'm sure there are roughly a billion people who will sell you one on the internet. However, I had a broken washing machine, and a huge pile of pants needing washed. That pile wasn't getting any smaller. What I needed was someone who would ship the filter the same day, and then I could fit it the next day. I ordered this in the evening, it came the next afternoon, and I fitted it the same day, thus avoiding the pantpocalypse. Would recommend.

Does this item completely unscrew or does it just require a twist and withdrawal?

Had the problem as described above and followed the destructions to remove the pump, yes its a bit of a job pulling the washer out and the pipes etc, but found out why the washer wouldnt drain or spin, removed the pen,bra wire and 2 coins, checked all pipes etc re-fit pump and new fluff filter, washer as good as new. And yes it has to be completely un screwed to get it out.

We believe this will require around 3 revolutions to unscrew before removal. If it will not turn it is likely that hair grips or coins are preventing it turning. Remove the pump and clear the debris as in our video: •

the filter i have is broken so i cant open it anymore so how can i remove the old and replace with the new?

There is likely to be debris like hair grips or coins preventing the removal of the filter. You will need to remove the whole filter and pump assembly to remove the hoses and clear the debris. For a guide to this see our video: Indesit washing machine Pump replacement and F11 error
