Not an easy task A) Empty petrol tank b) Remove drive belt cover c) Remove Blade and drive belt d) Remove bolt at either side of rear wheels and clutch assembly retaining spring. e) Drop clutch assembly from the casing to remove Old cable which is located on top of the Clutch Unit f) Remove Spring and Top section of cable from kawn mower handle. g) Pass cable through the metal casing (Out to In) h) Fit Cable through clutch lever mechanism on top of clutch assembly (Inner Cable) i) Ensure that outer cable is securely located in plastic retainer on top of the clutch assembly. i) Fit the inner and outer cable at the handle end j) Re fit drive belt and blade. k) Push the clutch assembly and wheels back into position ensuring that cable goes back the the case and fit locator. Tie wrap cable to handle l) Re fit wheel assembly bolts. m) Ensure that the Clutch assemble retaining spring is re fitted m) Re fit drive belt cover. n) Fill with petrol and test. Note - On my first try I had not secure the outer cable in the top of the clutch assembly properly which caused the clutch pulley to cut through the outer cable requiring a NEW CABLE !!!

The guy i spoke to was very helpful and the spares came very fast' The only problem is the design of the mower and the amout of work needed to replace the clutch cable.it also I feel enters the casing in the wrong place causeing a sharp bend just before the connection to the geaqrbox. Also i feel that the should also be some screw type adjustment on the cable like a push bike as the cable is slightly too long and needed the spring shortening to make a good drive connection
