If not does the black cover come complete with ferrules.

Hi Imnogardener, ferrules aren't sold as separate parts for the XLT250+; they are attached to the spool holder assembly.

Hi Huge, fitting the line ferrule is a simple task. Simply slot the ferrule in to the small cut out section on the fan, and then feed the line up in to the fan and out of the ferrule.
