  My Dyson DC18 Slimline performed very well over the years but recently stopped getting all the dust and dirt off the floors and carpets. I cleaned the filters etc but to no avail. I discovered that the brush roller had lost some of it's bristles and the plastic bush at the drive side of the roller was worn. Ordered a new one - arrived in a day or two - Clean house again.

  Spares arrived very quickly and I was able to fix the cleaner without any trouble at all
