Product arrived on time and carefully followed instructions on this site to fit. Got to the very last part- refitting the front door - but I can't get the two large plastic screws of the front panel to reconnect to the rest. Have gone over everything twice but it's as if the two large plastic screws aren't long enough to reconnect to the door. Any suggestions greatly received.

Microwave like new. Took 2 of us to fit the new inner glass, just to remember how the door came apart. Looks excellent now fitted. Relieved don't need to buy a new microwave. Great that e spares exists and saves us money. Highly recommend this part.

I cannot believe that I found a replacement inner glass panel for my Siemens combi oven, only 3yrs old, (very expensive) when I found your site. The most wonderful and helpful assistant (sorry I wish I knew her name) patiently worked with me to find model number etc. And the panel has arrived today. 24hours after ordering it. And by a stroke of luck my builder on site fitted it as he could see I was in a real muddle (I'm a girl..). You supplied the glass panel for next-to-nothing + postage. It arrived in 24 hours - at precisely the time I was quoted. I am overwhelmed with your service. I am delighted I am not facing a huge bill for a whole new oven to say nothing of the hassle of getting it fitted etc. By the way the inner glass panel was actually Bosch but your site described it as suitale for some Siemens. And with the help of your nice assistant, it was my lucky day. Thank you again!! Happy Christmas.

If your oven is the built-in microwave/oven there are two plastic screws on the inside of the door that need to be completely unscrewed, then with the door almost closed the outer glass door will lift up and off. Make sure the power is off at the wall. After this it is easier to unscrew the door hinges- one plate on either side on the body of the oven. the black inner metal cover around the broken glass comes off if you remove the plastic latches at the top of the door on the inside, then there are a load of screws around the inner plate that holds the glass that need to be undone. Make sure you remove all the little bits of glass after removing the main glass panel- it sit on a metal mesh- note which way round the mesh goes. I hoovered it all just to make sure all the glass bits were removed. there is a plastic seal the glass sits on- make sure it is in the groove. then just reverse the process- I took a photo of each phase just to check. Good luck!
