No problems with product quality and ease of fitting. Only issue I have is that I had to buy both top and bottom hinges when I only needed a bottom hinge. This makes the product very expensive

At 3pm on a Tuesday afternoon our Neff fridge door made a strange noise when I opened it. Subsequently it would not shut. Deduced it was a hinge bust. eSpares was the only spares site that recognised the model name and I placed an order about 4pm. New hinges arrived next day at 10pm in the morning and were fitted by midday. Originally I thought I would have to take the whole integrated fridge out but once you start to disassemble it is quite straight forward and can all be done from the front without disturbing the fridge installation itself. The only thing to be aware of is that the screws have Torx heads so you will need a suitable driver. Happy, happy, happy with super fast service!!!

Bottom hinge failed without any warning in less than five years, replacement hinges available quickly and fitted easily. Both hinges had to be changed as the hole centres were slightly different to originals possibly why they are sold in pairs. Cost is high even for what is supposed to be superior German engineering.

We can only identify the correct hinge for your model or an alternative if the manufacturer has replaced it and do not have lists allowing us to interchange.

  • Q will the hinges come with the screws needed to fit it? I am told thatthe manufacturer has changed the screws and my old screws will not fit the new hinges 1 Answer

The original hinges were available separately and they have been replaced with one part number for both. We believe these should be a direct replacement and not require any additional parts.

  • Q We have a Bosch KUR15A40GB/04 integral fridge with hinges on the right hand side. The top RH hinge is broken. 1 Answer

Is the replacement pair you supply, suitable for replacing both hinges on the rhs or do they only allow alternatives, to suit the handing of the door? I need a top RH hinge but thought I should replace both at the same time. Will these fit top & bottom for right hand side hinges door?

  • Q We bought integrated fridge and integrated freezer from Moben 1 Answer

The spring in the top hinges on both appliances (model number TKR601/4 / FD8912 and TKR621/4 / FD8906) have broken. Can you recommend a replacement for these items as I am aware that Tecknik went bust.

Universal parts can be used on many Appliances but may fit slightly differently to the original. Where possible we recommend using the original part unless you have checked the dimensions match and can make minor modifications if required.
