    The product was as described and delivered next day, although the courier would possibly not have made the delivery if I had not spotted him about fifty yards up the road from the delivery address and went and got it from him. It was simple to fit and took about 10 minutes with having to remove the back of the oven.

    Part fitted easily and works well. I went for the genuine spare part so hopefully it will last, the original lasted 7 years of occasiononal use of once or twice a week. There is cheaper option for half the price however.

    Changing the oven element the easiest fix ever. only 5 screws and 2 wires took about 60 seconds.

  • Q When I removed the heating element from the oven, there were no wires attached or anywhere to be seen? 2 Answers

    I slotted the new element into the same place (2 holes in teh back of the oven) but the oven is still not heating.

      the wires are inside the oven wall you will need to fish them out
