    This part is not up for the job! The shelf eventually breaks as it cannot cope with the weight of bottles- which as it is a bottle tray somewhat defeats the object! Not that there is much you can do but keep buying the replacements. I am now on my third after just two years.....

  • Q I need two new shelfs for my Neff fridge door. I have the operation manuals but cannot see a model no. anywhere. 1 Answer

    Would this be in the fridge somewhere? The fridge is built in so I cannot look behind it. Can you maybe give me measurements so that I can check?

      I found mine on the bottom left hand side of the dip where you put the veg. If your fridge is like mine you need to take the lid off the veg drawer and the plastic box out of it and there is a silver label on the left hand side with the model number on it. Hope that helps.
