To replace bulbs in most microwaves you would have to remove the cabinet, this could allow you to accidentally come into contact with the high voltage that is used to power the microwave. This could easily prove to be fatal and for this reason eSpares recommend that you do not remove the case unless you have been trained to work on microwaves.

Your best bet if you are really stuck here is to ask a microwave technician (or ask a friend or relative!). It shouldn't be too difficult though. Remember, two heads are better than one and always take great precaution when repairing electrical appliances!
