The bulb came quite quickly. Unfortunately it did not fit my microwave, so I e-mailed to arrange a return. The return info was sent through to me quickly and was easy to understand.

  Hi Dinky Your best bet if you are really stuck here is to ask a microwave technician (or ask a friend or relative!). It shouldn't be too difficult though. Remember, two heads are better than one and always take great precaution when repairing electrical appliances!
