    Although the attachment does its job it is very unwieldy to use and the fixed angle precludes finishing the cleaning stroke on occasions. Some form of flex in the head would be a good improvement. A bit on the big side if you have small opening windows.

    This attachment is a of good construction , but far too large for the job in hand. Steam turns to water as it touches the cold glass and runs down the window and soaks the floor ( carpet). For what it is, it is far too expensive.

    excellent delivery service,and item seems good quality ,i have only used it so far on patio doors it was easy to use and only needed a cloth around the bottom of door after using it just to mop up water it is far in front of spraying with cleaing chemicals i didnt have to buff and buff to get rid of smears.let you know later when i start to do my windows.
