The upper arm on our S5443X1GB/17 has stopped spinning. There is water getting through and I see no problem with the water supply. All holes are clear. Lower arm works fine. Help!

  • The chances are the arm has worn such that it slightly tilts during use and catches on the upper basket - you can check this by seeing how far the arm moves up and down - if it is excessive then there is no option but to replace it. By David - Ayr Scotland - 01 September 2012
