Watched the video on line how to fit this product. The young lady had her dishwasher on a bench and my one was on the floor, so more difficult to install. She made the installation look easy. The arm spray was easy to fit but the universal product that comes with this took me 30 mins to fit.

Q Upper arm not spinning 2 Answers
The upper arm on our S5443X1GB/17 has stopped spinning. There is water getting through and I see no problem with the water supply. All holes are clear. Lower arm works fine. Help!

  The chances are the arm has worn such that it slightly tilts during use and catches on the upper basket - you can check this by seeing how far the arm moves up and down - if it is excessive then there is no option but to replace it.
