Q Door Hinge for Bosch washing machine 1 Answer
Hi, the model code for my washing machine is WVF2402GB/02 which matches with eSpares list. The door hinge looks to be similar as well. My question is about the fitting. The video on the website is for the AEG machine and seems to suggests that the rubber lining has to be taken off to replace the hinge. Is this true for the Bosch machine as well? or can the Bosch hinge be changed simply by taking the screws off? Thanks.

  Hi Biren, fitting this door hinge will be a lot more like fitting this Hotpoint one: http://www.espares.co.uk/advice/washing-machines/a/7/1296/how-to-fix-a-broken-washing-machine-door-hing.html. You shouldn't need to remove the seal as in the AEG video.
