  • Q i have fitted the filter you have sent me but it is'nt dispencing water it flashes filter and beeps can you fell me what to do. 1 Answer

      Hi blackie, the obvious thing to try would be to remove the filter and refit it.  I'd also try the old switch off and on at the mains trick.  Lastly, I'd advise refitting the old filter - if the problem persists there may be a blockage or other malfunction in the piping inside the fridge. If that's the case, manaually follow the piping and try and feel for blockages. Best of luck!

      Hi blackie, you'll need to remove the water tank cover, which is situated at the bottom of the door of the fridge - you'll then be able to see filter assembly. Best of luck!
