Hi Dave1 We at eSpares are not trained to give technical advice. Your best bet is to talk to your local Whirlpool or fridge specialist (or ask a friend or relative!) and they should be able to help you.

Answer this question

I have fitted the new filter and yes it was easy enough to fit. The F01% is still flashing and it should be showing f99% as it should be at maximum. Is there a reset button I should be pressing? tHANKS

  • Had the same problem - press and hold the menu button and it resets the indictaor to 99% - doesn't do it on its own! By runrig99 - Wirral - 19 May 2010
