      machine is making a groaning noise when draining can you help

      • I think you will require to replace the drain pump. Why do I think this is the problem? I have removed my pump for the same situation as you seem to have. I removed the pump cover from the pump, attached two wires via a 13A plug switched on the power, the pump ran with a vibration sound, I switched the power off, switched back on pump made a humming sound and did not run, switched off and on again still humming dut did not run. I have just ordered a replacement pump from e-spares, I await delivery. By erskyne2 - Glasgow - 21 October 2009

      Very poor customer service - stressful
      I thought I was done with this company after my poor experience but they kept it going. Absolute joke of a customer services department. After they replied to several further emails from me clearly without reading them I kept replying back making it as clear as possible. When they did ring me as they said there was a lot of email back and forth they still hadn’t read any of the emails and totally missed the point. I had to point out their mistake again on the phone. A lot of hassle and time wasted to help them correct their expensive mistake and they are not willing to provide any gesture of goodwill (other than the original offer of 20% off any more money spent). A really stressful experience and totally defeats the point of a customer service department.

      Continuous dumb responses
      The first time I received the fridge tray I realised I ordered the wrong one and sent it back to you with a half section of the broken shelf asking you to replace it as what you sent wasn't the lower door shelf. You didn't replace it, you refunded me. I then contacted you to help me to select the correct shelf and you asked for my model number, which I sent with the order. You replied with a part number for me to reorder...Fridge Door Lower Bottle Shelf - (ES1780519) for model CXFP1582D1S. Even though you had a sample of what I wanted, the model number and a description of...fridge door lower shelf, you failed to deliver the correct item. And now after I requested a replacement, you have ignored the request and given me a refund thinking I will make the same mistake of using your inane company again. I hope I get the opportunity to post a review of 'e-spares' on further social networks.
