    I bought this item as i had managed to lose my own part during transporting it. I purchased from this site as my mother had purchased from you previously also item was cheaper than other sites. However when using the tool on my vacuum it keeps falling off as it is quite loose fitting.

    Bought the wrong one does not fit,web site not clear enough, bought the nozzle for animal Dyson but there are several animal Dyson cleaners with different sized nozzles.
