Very prompt service, and quality good, but the 'universal' tool did not fit my cleaner (which was listed as being suitable) and needed a home-made collar to fit. Works well now.

The website stated that my application for a crevice tool for a Russell Hobbs cyclonic vacuum cleaner was suitable for all models. In fact it was for a model with a 37cm fitting not 35cm as I needed. I therefore was told that postage of £2.99 would be deducted from my return. Not happy with this or with the follow up service to get the correct part.
