Water gets into the machine even the machine is off and starts leaking also when the machine off and the external water supply to the machine is cut off(even when the external water tap is closed! Can you help!

The machine is probably filling from the drain hose if this is connected from the pipes below the sink. Try running the tap on the sink and watching the bottom of the drum to prove this. To stop this occurring ensure the loose pipe is fixed above the water level in the bowl.
