Being a bit of a fixer, if you hear the oven is playing up again, you need to find out why. You can't keep wasting money on burnt or raw food, you have to find out the cause. This item will show exactly if the thermostat is working correctly in your oven and allows you to regulate the temperature so that you don't end up with raw or burnt foodstuffs. If the repair thermostat is no longer available it may save you the cost of a new cooker as you can use the gauge to regulate the temperature in place of the thermostat as it can be easily viewed since it hangs inside off the rack.

Bought this thermometer to check a suspect 'built in' oven. It worked a treat to confirm the status of the appliance, which saved having to change elements etc;which at one time I thought I'd have to do. Well worth the money.
