This cleaner has a high ph of 13 and therefore suggests it is not suitable for your coating.

We have no reports of this but during winter weather Diesel vehicles exhaust particulates will often build on cars windscreens on both inside and out. To overcome this problem use a window cleaning spray like Stock Number: ES1641503 especially during extended damp periods.
Does it clean black streaks?

This is a combined wash and polish, the polish will help prevent the dirt that can cause streaks from sticking if used regularly but we do not have information on how effectively it can remove them.
