    I had great hopes for this product but it did not remove ANY of the build-up on the iron's soleplate, despite considerable effort.

    Good value for money but takes quite a lot of aggitation to fully clean iron surface. The coarse side of the cleaning pad could do with being a little harder. It will clean eventually so for price it'll do the job.
