  Replacement timer arrived very quickly and the installation was very simple. Only required a phillips screw driver. Unplug the toaster from the mains; Remove the bottom plate from the toaster; Remove the setting knob on the old timer; Remove the timer fastening screw; Remove the 4 slide on electrical contacts (note where they go or take a photo for reference with your phone); Pull out the old timer. Reverse the steps with the replacement timer and you're done. Took me no more than 10 minutes from start to finish. Note: the 4 slide on electrical contacts that came with the switch were not needed. Very please with the service from eSpares and the simplicity of the replacement. Probably saved twice the cost of the replacement timer in labour costs from Dualit to have it mended by them.
